Room names and tabs can look similar. Confirm the label before reading the colour or number area.
Lock mark
A lock may mean the visible area is closed, waiting, or no longer active. Read the prompt next to it.
Refresh delay
A slow refresh can leave old tiles visible for a moment. Let the panel settle before you continue.
