Colour panels can be bright and confident. Read them with the timer, room label, and prompt instead of treating colour alone as a decision point.

Colours are signals, not promises

Simple checks that matter

Red and green tiles may be central on many screens, but nearby labels and state changes matter more than the colour itself.

Mixed or special tiles can vary across screens. Read the current prompt before assuming a meaning.

If a tile looks shifted, dimmed, or partly covered, re-check the screen state before continuing.

A colour flash or glow can be decoration, refresh, or state feedback. Wait until the panel stops changing.

A colour round is easier to read when you separate visual style from screen state.
